Conakry : Some days leave a lasting mark not because of their scale, but because of the emotions they awaken. Today, Carelink-US visited La Maison du Bonheur and Enfants et Jeunes en Compassion, two places where humanity is lived every day, through the eyes of children.
Beyond the school supplies we brought, this visit was above all a moment of connection. There were shared laughs, games, warm gestures, and that unique light that only children can offer. For a few hours, time seemed to pause, making room for what truly matters: presence, care, and joy.
Seeing the children’s eyes light up reminds us why Carelink-US exists: to restore hope, create opportunities, and bring moments of happiness where they are most needed. Each notebook, each pencil becomes more than an object it becomes a symbol of possibility and a step toward a better future.
